Raw valueⓘ—The typical recorded sale price of this exact card, finish, and grade over the 90 days before its appraisal date.Take every recorded sale of this exact printing at this grade in the 90 days before the appraisal date and find the middle one — the median. When there are at least 10 sales, the highest and lowest tenth are dropped first so one absurd sale can't move it; with fewer than 10 the plain median is used and the method says so. Fewer than 3 sales is flagged as low confidence: the number is a hint, not a valuation, so look at the sales behind it before leaning on it. A price does not expire when its sales age out — illiquid is not worthless — so the last appraisal stands, dated: anything older than 90 days is marked stale. Read a stale price as "what it last appraised at", and check the as-of date before calling any price today's.
Graded value—
How often it sellsⓘ—The observed pace of real sales for this exact card, finish, and grade.A price means more when things actually trade at it. This label reads real recorded sales: when the last 90 days hold at least 3, the pace comes from the typical gap between them (sells daily / weekly / monthly); when they don't, it comes from the past year's count (every few months / rarely / no recent sales). "Too new to say" means slab has watched this card for under 180 days — not long enough to tell a slow market from a new one. It describes the pace only — a rarely-selling card isn't bad, it just means the price is an estimate you may wait to realize.
